PASADENA, Texas -- Crime Stoppers is offering a reward for information leading to the arrest of two suspects who robbed a woman at gunpoint in June at an ATM in Pasadena.

Police say a woman withdrew cash from an ATM in the 2700 block of Red Bluff Road in Pasadena around 3 a.m. on June 27 when a black male suspect ran up to her vehicle.

Officials say the suspect demanded money while pointing a gun at her head. The suspect took the money and left in a mid-size SUV driven by an unknown black female suspect. Authorities later determined the vehicle was a rental.

Police describe one suspect as a black male in his mid-20s, approximately 5-foot-8 with a thin build wearing a hooded jacket that covered most of his face. Officials say the suspect also had a black semi-automatic handgun.

Another black suspect shoots at police officer while trying to flee after a home invasion & stealing a truck.

CHARLOTTE, NC (WBTV) -

A Charlotte-Mecklenburg police officer was injured during a gunfire exchange with a home invasion suspect in west Charlotte Friday morning. The suspect is in the hospital with an illness unrelated to the case.

He has since been released from the hospital.

The incident happened around 10:35 a.m. on Wilkinson Boulevard and West Morehead Street. The roadway was shut down for several hours while officers investigated.

Police say Officer Michelle Brcik was on patrol when she attempted to assist a motorist disabled on the side of Wilkinson Boulevard. As the officer approached, she reportedly saw someone with a pickup truck, later identified as 32-year-old Darryll Douglas Clay, who appeared to be helping the driver by jump starting the car. While she was on scene the owner of a stolen pickup truck approached the officer. The truck on scene was stolen earlier in the day during a home invasion, according to the owner.

As Officer Brcik radioed for assistance, Clay got into the broken down car and tried to steal the car, according to reports. When the owner of the car tried to stop Clay, he was reportedly assaulted and Brcik stepped in by moving the driver out of harm's way. She tried to grab Clay but he began attacking her and she deployed her taser.

As Clay got out of the car, police say his gun fell to the ground. That's when Officer Brcik drew her service weapon, but Clay disobeyed the officer's orders, picked up the gun, and turned towards her, according to reports. She fired one shot.

"As he was running across the street," Putney said. "With his weapon drawn, he attempted to carjack at least a couple of cars - at least two vehicles."

Clay then ran and fired at Officer Brcik, police say. Brcik stopped near the wood line nearby and waited by back up. Clay was found and arrested a short time after.

Brcik injured her hand in the struggle and was taken to the hospital with minor injuries.

Officials said Clay was located nearby and arrested. He was taken to the hospital with minor injuries, but police say it does not appear that he was shot.

"I think it is ridiculous," Parent Patrick Murphy said. "That they are doing this by a school. No decency out here period."

Invest Collegiate Charter School is located near the crime scene. That school was placed on lockdown for about 45 minutes. Parents came early to pick up their children thankful students remained safe.

"It's kind of crazy so close to my son's school," Parent David Angers said. "No one came rushing into the school. We didn't have any issues like that. I guess we are blessed today."

Officer Brcik, who has been with CMPD since September 2007, was placed on administrative leave, which CMPD says is standard procedure.

According to the Mecklenburg County Jail, Clay has been arrested 6 times in the past year before Friday's incident.

"The Internal Affairs Bureau will conduct a separate but parallel investigation to determine whether or not CMPD policies and procedures were adhered to during the course of the incident," the department said.

Saturday afternoon Clay was charged with multiple assault charges, including assault with a deadly weapon and assault on law enforcement, common law robbery, possession of a stolen vehicle, and possession with intent to sell and deliver cocaine. He was moved to the custody of the Mecklenburg County Sheriff's Office.

Finally, at 23:30 by Kyiv's time the concert organizers announced the concert is canceled.

It should be also noted that on the eve of the event was written declaration of inadmissibility the concert of black-racists in Kyiv, but it was ignored by the organizers and the police.

An innocent 83-year-old Asian man is brutally beaten by a black homless man while doing a routinely walk to check the morning paper. A black man by the name of Demarrea Chante Barnes, in Anaheim was caught on surveillance kicking & punching the elderly victim.

Officials in Santa Ana were originally hoping that the public could help them identify the suspect in the beating of an 83-year-old man. He was later identified as Demarrea Chante Barnes.

The attack occurred Friday around 6:10 a.m., police said.

The victim had just pulled into a parking lot at 5015 W. Edinger Street. After exiting his vehicle, the suspect struck the man without provocation. The suspect punched and kicked the victim multiple times knocking him to the ground and then hit him when he was on the ground several more times.

Authorities said the suspect is a black male, about 40-50 years of age, unshaven and wearing a gray long sleeve shirt or black sweater.

Video of the attack is disturbing to watch, but police released it in the hopes it would spur the public to action.

The victim was sent to a hospital where police say he remains Friday evening in critical but stable condition.

KCAL9's Stacey Butler said the 83-year-old grandfather — identified as Tuan Nguyen — was just going for his morning paper.

"It's very scary," said the victim's daughter, Julie Nguyen. "I've been praying, and I keep praying, that he comes out of this okay."

Julie and her brother Peter got the call about the attack this morning.

"I just couldn't believe someone could do this to our father," he said, "He's the nicest man. He's the last person you would think would be attacked, or have something like this happen. We're just shocked."

His sister added, "Whoever this man is, he is a sick man," she said about the suspect. "He needs help."

Store owners in the area describe the suspect as a homeless man they have seen hanging around recently.

He sucker punches the senior seemingly out of the blue.

Peter said the homeless man has been around for months and that his father even has exchanged pleasantries with the man.

Julie says her father is alert but "in a lot of pain." She also told Butler he has a fractured eye socket and chin. He also has bleeding on the brain.

Reno Police officials said they have arrested a man in connection with a suspicious death that took place Saturday.

On February 7, officers with the Reno Police Department responded to an apartment complex in the 2600 block of Carville Drive on the report of a possible residential burglary in progress.

When Reno Police Officers arrived, they entered to check the residence, and located 57-year-old deceased white male who has been identified as Steven Arnold. Reno Police Robbery Homicide Detectives also responded and began their investigation into the man's death.

Through the course of their investigation, Detectives said were able to positively identify a black male seen in the area at the time of the residential burglary. After following several leads and speaking with several witnesses, the man was identified as 25-year-old Sparks resident Jamelle Russell. Russell was located by Reno Police Detectives and placed into custody for Open Murder, Burglary, and an unrelated warrant.

An 18-year-old man told detectives that he was at the Midview Crossing Apartments on April 24 and was waved over by a man he didn't know.

Police believe the man who waved him over is 27-year-old Michael Nichols.

Police said Nichols punched the 18-year-old man, knocking him out.

In the video above, the teen lies on the ground motionless as the man who punched him appears to go through his pockets.

Police said Nichols took $20 and a cell phone out of his pocket.

Then another man or men come in and out of the video, jumping on the victim's head and chest.

Elyria detectives John Davidson and Dan Sumpter identified the other two suspects as 19-year-old James Currie and 24-year-old Sean Buchanan. They were both arrested.

Around 3:30 a.m. Wednesday, MetroHealth Police Department detained Nichols at the hospital. He was arrested by Elyria officers around 4:15 a.m. without incident.

The teenager plead guilty after tying Cabela, a pit bull mix, to railroad tracks & leaving it for dead after shooting her 3 times.

"You're to have no contact with animals," Hillsborough Circuit Judge Lisa Campbell told Natwan Callaway, 17, his eyes downcast and shoulders slumped. "That's any animal. I don't care if it's a fish."

The 2-year-old pit bull mix, which was later named Cabela by the Tampa police officers who rescued her, survived her encounter with Callaway and three other young men. After recovering from surgery, she was placed with a foster family and has since become a minor celebrity within Tampa Bay's animal rescue community.

The four young men charged with abusing her include her owners, brothers Kenny Bell, 22, and Darnell Devlin, 18, neither of whom were directly implicated in the attempt to kill her but were accused by prosecutors of using her in dogfights.

In May, Bell was sentenced to four years of probation and 150 hours of community service. The judge ordered him to pay $1,000 in restitution to Tampa Bay Veterinary Emergency Services. Devlin took a similar deal, agreeing to a year of community control and three years' probation, as well as a $1,000 veterinary bill.

Another suspect, 17-year-old Bobby Hollinger, has been charged with trespassing on the CSX tracks and abandonment of an animal. As he is being treated as a juvenile, the records of his case are confidential, but the charges against him are pending.

Police say Hollinger was the first to shoot at Cabela, but she ran from him into a wooded area and returned home. Hollinger and Callaway caught her, brought her back to the tracks in Sulphur Springs and tied her leash to a pole next to the tracks. According to prosecutor Nicholas Glance, it was Callaway who shot the dog three times.

Charged as an adult, Callaway pleaded guilty Wednesday to charges of aggravated cruelty to animals, armed trespassing and being a minor in possession of a firearm. With credit for time served, he could be released from jail in weeks, at which point he will be placed on probation for several years. Prosecutors said Callaway will be released with a GPS monitor and will have to adhere to a curfew and find a part-time job.

This is apparent in a recently released video of a white Texas man blaming activist groups like #BlackLivesMatter for the fatal shooting of a sheriff's deputy.

The older white man, who begins the video with, "Hi, this is Nathan Ener from Hemphill, Texas," has sparked outrage nationwide after threatening to hunt down and kill all activists connected to the Black Lives Matter movement, particularly any who come to their small mostly white Texas towns.

Ener, a former prison guard in Hemphill, initially released his truth-filled video on Facebook before it was quickly copied, reproduced, and plastered all over the Internet.

Ener's message is simple, stop all of the "retarded sh*t" or it ends with retaliated murder.

"It's going to end, and it's going to end with that," said Nathan Ener in response to the killing of Deputy Darren Goforth. "There might be a killing, but it won't be what you think." he warned just before picking up a shotgun, cocking it and saying, "The last frickin' thing some of you sons of b*tches will ever hear is that noise when we're out there, when we come in your goddamn house."

He goes on to allege that though the killer pulled the trigger, groups like the Black Panthers and Black Lives Matter are ultimately responsible for the murder of the Texas cop and even asks for police to cooperate and "step aside."

The one that killed him was these Black Panthers and all these black thugs that comes to your town and marches and hollers 'oink-oink, bang-bang,' and all that retarded sh*t, you know, they're the ones that's responsible for it," Ener said.
